Our Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) starts with replacing every halogen bulb and any LED bulb below 90% peak brightness. We perform a visual inspection of fixture placement, design scheme, and recommend possible adjustments to suit the current landscape.
We clear off mulch and debris, and clean lenses to ensure correct light output. We re-straighten and secure fixtures, and check all connections and voltages. We also check and tighten all transformer terminal block connections.
We also conceal wires and conduits that have been exposed due to foot traffic, soil run-off, or frost heaving.
